The attention to detail in both the trinket and photography is stunning.  It ties in with the theme beautifully - concerning a metallic, man made tree photographed against a stunning natural stone.  Great work!

The concept of this piece really grabbed me - technology is taking over a world that is already withering naturally...the style in which this has been done also works well.  We will no longer have real animals, but instead digital ones that are much cleaner and easier to manage...but we sure as hell will miss them when they go.

The style and techniques in this are great - so too the concept of our planet being consumed with what we discard that cannot wither naturally.  We will one day be smothered in our own waste.

The great attention to detail from the written word in the background to the expressions on individuals in the foreground is what really made this piece stand out.  Not to mention the concept that one day in the future...the only way we'll see nature is via a lab or museum.

The use of collage in textures within this piece is what really grabbed me - I adore the grass, leaves and bark in contrast to the flat colours in the rest of the image.  It really shows the life of nature in comparison to the modern and technical world around it.  Great motion also in this

The minimal focus in this photograph really helped bring out the message; we help and still it fades.  Colours are strong and prominant in this piece which help make it eye catching and beautiful.  Soft and subtle.
